Discover Park City Race
The newest, best way to discover Park City !

The Discover Park City Race Excursion is part race and part scavenger hunt!  Team up with friends and family to explore and sightsee all that Park City has to offer on this competitive self-guided adventure tour.  Race against others while you find all the hidden and unique secrets of Park City. 

The Discover Park City race is family friendly but exciting enough to thrill all ages and physical activity levels.  Competitors will race through town chasing after clues and conquering challenges.  You will encounter many of Park City’s popular restaurants, galleries, mountain resorts and other activity venues.  This is a great activity for your first day on vacation so you can learn all about Park City while getting some exercise and having some fun!  

We hold public races every Friday to sign up for throughout the summer.  Since most of the race is by foot or by free public transportation, you do not need your own car.  If you have a large group such as a family reunion, wedding/bachelor/bachelorette party, corporate group, etc; we can design a customized race for you and hold it any day of the week!

Time: Race starts at 9:30AM every Friday.  Duration of race is 3-4 hours.
Cost: $33 per adult, $23 per child (2-5 people recommended per team)




Discover Park City
 

Park City River Rafting, Kayaking or River Tubing
Easy activities for for everyone

The Park City area has some wonderful scenery that you can only view on a river trip! We will pick you up from anywhere in Park City and take you to either the Weber River for a whitewater rafting or tubing adventure or to the Provo River for a more mellow float that can be paired up with some other fun activities.  The Park City rafting trip is about two hours and you will experience great scenery and even some class II whitewater with an experienced rafting guide.  Children must be at least 4 years of age and be able to swim for any Park City rafting experience.

Park City Hiking
A true resort town activity...hiking is a great way to visit old mine buildings

Park City hiking trails are some of the best in Utah.  Our hiking pros can arrange a Park City hiking adventure that will satisfy your every wish.  Perhaps you would like to start  off with a mellow, guided hike in the local Park City mountains, or maybe a challenging climb up one of our local peaks in the Uintah mountains is more your style. At Exclusive Excursions we can also tailor a combination of Park City hiking with cave tours, mountain biking, an alpine slide ride or even white water rafting.  We can also provide Salt Lake Hiking adventures that provide exceptional views of Great Salt Lake, Salt Lake Valley and Wasatch Mountain Ranges.  All Park City hiking excursions include water and snacks and all have the option of including a full picnic lunch.

Park City biking trails are well known the world over for their abundance, challenge and diversity.  Mountain biking competitors from all around the globe travel here each year to compete in the many Park City mountain biking tournaments.  Summit County, including Park City, has hundreds of miles of mountain bike trails that cater to all ages and skill levels of biking.  Let Exclusive Excursions take you on some of our favorite biking trails around Park City. Bikes and helmets are included in rental price but feel free to bring your own and enjoy a $20 discount.

Utah Fishing
No activity says relax like fishing

We work with only the most reputable fly fishing companies in Utah.  We provide guides for Park City fly fishing, as well as Salt Lake City, and Logan Utah. Our fly fishing guides have the expertise to guarantee that you’ll catch fish. There’s no better feeling in the world than catching and reeling in your first fish. We are dedicated to making your fly fishing dreams come true, so just let us know if you have any special requests.  Our fly fishing guides will provide all the necessary gear and knowledge, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy.  No matter what level you are, you will love fishing with us!

Park City Horseback Riding
This is the way to explore the surrounding countryside

Want to feel like a western cowboy?  Try horseback riding as a way to explore Park City's great wilderness and outdoors.  We work with companies that offer guided Park City horseback riding tours upon thousands of acres of secluded privately owned mountain land.  You'll experience the area's nature, its pristine alpine lakes, wildflower-laden meadows, rugged ridges and expansive mountain views. You many even catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife from deer to elk, moose to fox or maybe even a mountain lion or bobcat!

Rate: $100 per person

Rate: $150 per person (includes lunch)

Timpanogos Cave Excursion
Especially if you have never been....

You will be picked up from your Park City lodging and the adventure begins at the Timpanogos Caves which is about 60 minutes from Park City.  Once we arrive at the destination, the caves are accessed via a strenuous 1 1/2-mile-paved trail, which rises 1,065 ft to an elevation of 6,730 feet above sea level. The hike is steep, however, the entire trail is paved with plenty of benches to take a break and enjoy the scenery.  After the hike up, the US Forest Rangers will guide you on an hour tour of a network of three caves.  The caves are equipped with walkways and railings and the rangers have a “light show” to illustrate stories and unique features of the caves. This activity is great for families!

Cost: $79 for adult, $60 for child (add $12.50 for a full picnic lunch)

Heber Valley Railroad Excursion
Great for the whole family

Climb aboard for breathtaking scenery and a time to unwind during this relaxing, three-hour ride. On the train, one can see views of Mt. Timpanogos and the beautiful landscape of the glacier-carved Provo Canyon.  The railroad departs from the Heber Valley Railroad Station, creeps along the shores of Deer Creek Reservoir then travels along the banks of the Provo River to Vivian Park. You will have a layover of approximately 20 minutes at the Park, where the little ones can play at the playground, and the grown-ups can enjoy the beautiful views.  The return trip to the Heber Depot is just over an hour aboard the train. Total train time for this activity is about three hours.

Hot Air Ballooning
This is a memory to stay with you for years

Hot air ballooning is a fun outdoor activity that starts with the first warmth of the morning sun. Morning sunrise flights are the best time to go due to the lack of wind and peace of the outdoor wilderness. We work with only experienced, licensed pilots and modern balloons; thus insuring you with the utmost in safety.  Hot air ballooning in Park City will leave you with an unforgettable experience.  Flight is approximately 1 hour.

Chuck-Wagon Dinner
Experience the "Wild West" with this fun activity

Every Saturday night, enjoy a cowboy fun filled evening.  A horse-drawn wagon ride will take you to a cowboy village where "Cooky's" Chuck Wagon will have a prepared western buffet dinner for you.  Also enjoy live mountain music performed by 'Highway 40', cowboy games and some exciting and historic storytelling.  This will truly leave you with a unique Utah memory.
